Keith O’Neill, Ph.D., Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

Keith is a full-time therapist, working with young children and adolescents, as well as with adults on issues stemming from poor self-esteem.  He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology at University of California Irvine.  He went on the receive his Ph.D. in theology at Pacific National University.

Prior to establishing his current practice in Newport Beach, CA, Keith practiced in Sarasota, FL, where he hosted “Choices in Wellness,” a call-in talk show on WIBQ.  He was also a regular guest on the nationally syndicated talk radio show “It’s All About Health” and the television show “KNBC Daytime.”

In addition to maintaining his practice, Keith is an author, speaker, the founder, chairman and chief executive of Full Esteem Ahead®, Inc., and creator of the S-Team® Kids.


Lawrence E. Alexander, Director, President & Chief Operating Officer

Larry began his career in children’s television, after graduating from Cornell University.  As a television commercial producer at BBDO-NY and as president of Zoe Productions-NYC, he was responsible for campaigns for clients including Air France, Campbell’s Soup, Coors Beer, HSBC, HSN, Habitat for Humanity, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, McAfee, P&G, Pfizer, Pillsbury, Phoenix University, RCA Records, Sharp Electronics, Jaguar Range Rover and Wrangler.

Throughout his career, Larry has worked with celebrities like Peter Boyle, Trent Dilfer, Arlo Guthrie, Hall and Oates, Don King, Kiss, Christine Lahti, Carl Lewis, Tug McGraw, Leroy Neiman, Geraldo Rivera and Rene Russo.

Larry is an accomplished writer, director, producer, composer and musician.  He sits on the board of Full Esteem Ahead® and serves as Chief Operating Officer.


Stuart Lowder, Director & Chief Creative Officer

Stuart brings to Full Esteem Ahead® over thirty years of experience managing creative functions in film, animation and visual effects production.  He began his career as a storyboard editor at Fox TV before joining Broderbund Software as an Art Director where he was responsible for overseeing the design and development of “Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego” and was instrumental in establishing Broderbund’s entertainment division Red Orb.

Between 1998 and 2006, Stuart worked at Lucasfilm’s ILM designing artist and animation teams for more than thirty feature films including “Star Wars,” “Harry Potter” and “Pirates of the Caribbean.”  He was the Animation Production Manager for the Academy Award-winning animated film “Happy Feet.”  Currently, Stuart is a Producer on the new “Scooby Doo” movie reboot for Warner Bros. Animation Group.

Stuart is well known for building and managing highly productive and motivated creative teams and for designing production processes for creative work environments.  He sits on the board of Full Esteem Ahead® and serves as Chief Creative Officer.


Lynn Miller-Albin, LCSW, Director & Consultant

Lynn is a therapist and speaker.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in social work from University of Southern California.  Lynn has maintained a private practice in Orange County, CA for over twenty years, counseling children and families coping with depression, eating disorders, and other issues related to poor self-esteem.

Lynn sits on the board of directors and provides invaluable guidance, based on her empirical and pragmatic experience.
